The Pacific South West 90 day outlook Expect cooler temps anywhere from the 70's-40 and lows in the mid 40's to 20's. Expect normal rainfall for the month of October, November and December. Look for gusty winds from 15-30mph between the 90 day period with heavy rain at times.. Expect warmer temps by the end of the fall. Temps will range as highs from the 40's to low 70's* and lows in the 40's to 20's. Temps. will be back to normal or bellow normal by mid winter. *70's for the winter would indicate record highs The Midwest States 90 day outlook Since the midwest is also part of Canada's border there will be a long temp. range and will be one of the coldest areas of the year, expect cold weather highs anywhere from the 50-20's. Expect lows to dip down to the 20's to minus 20 bellow* Expect near normal temps by the end of the fall with highs anywhere from the 30's to 10's. Expect lows for the winter slightly bellow normal with lows in the 20's to 0's The South West After a very hot summer especially Dallas TX with 89 days without rain and 68 consecutive days of 100 or higher there will be some good news headed your way expect temps to be a little cooler than usuall. Your highs in the fall will range anywhere from the 50's to 70's and lows from the 40's to 20's. As the fall ends expect higher than normal temps but only for a few weeks,with highs in the 50's to near 70. and lows from the mid 20's to upper 40's The North East The north east was the only area where the weather was not all that hot.In fact for most of the summer the weather seemed to of been unseasonable expept for the last few days of summer where it was rather warm but nothing could be compared to the heat in the west. Expect a little warmer weather this fall only for a few weeks though. Highs from the 50's to 60's. and lows from the 30's down to the single digits. The drough that has been hitting the south east through Florda and much of the area will see more weather activity. Expect wetter condition through the begaining of the fall with temps ranging from the 50's to 80's around Miami and lows mainly in the 60's After the fall expect highs in the 60's to 70's and even 80's lows in the 60's.
